Senior David Singleton “has risen to the top” says his Culinary teacher Chef Stanley Rupinski, who also expressed pride in David’s progress as a Food Preparation Assistant. David’s aspirations include attending the Culinary Institute of America and pursuing a career in the restaurant industry.
Senior Carmen Tejada attends Maria Pontbriand’s Medical Assisting class at The Tech Center, when she’s not taking college-level classes at Ossining High School and working two part-time jobs.
